Ashtanga Yoga
Yoga is a philosophy of life that has the potential to create a healthy body and mind.
Ashtanga is a dynamic and strong method of Yoga.
The movement is coordinated with breathing and the asanas (postures) succeed each other forming a sequence that is known as the Series.
Ujjayi breathing (breath control by contracting the glottis), the dristis (different points at which focuses the gaze), and bandhas (energetic keys) are the key to get mental concentration.
