Classes
Two types of classes are given: Guided classes and Mysore Classes:

Guided Classes
All students work at the same time and follow the professor instructions.
No prior experience is required.
Punctuality is mandatory.

Classes Mysore
The student knows the practice and it is performed only under the supervision and assistance of the professor. This type of class allows the student to follow their own pace, and further improved in the series.

Recommendations
•  Start practicing with the intestines and bladder empty
•  Do not eat or drink for 1 or 2 hours before class
•  Attend sanitized and fragrance free
•  Take out your necklaces, rings and watches, which bother the movement.
•  Bring a hand towel to dry the sweat, make stops head and cover your eyes during relaxation.
•  After the class let 15 to 30 minutes to bathe, and 45 minutes to lunch.
•  Continuity and consistency are essential to assimilate and improve the practice.

Holidays
Classes are NOT suspended on holidays, except on December 24, 25 and 31 and January 1.

Monthly Fees
1 time per week $ 800
2 times per week $ 900
Free assistance $ 1100
Test class or single classes $ 300

Payment
The classes are paid in cash, from 1 to 10 of each month.

Classes missed may be only recovered within the same month.
